Preparation
Enter the configuration interface of the access control terminal through the following steps:
- Access the Access Control Terminal Home Screen → Tap Menu → Select QR Code
- Enter the default password 516516 → Go to Settings → Select Dial Mode
Three call modes will be displayed on the interface. The following is a detailed operation demonstration for each mode:
| Call Mode | Operation Steps | Applicable Scenarios |

| One-Touch Call Mode | Tap the "Call" button on the home screen to directly connect to the first panel in the room management list. | Scenarios that require priority contact with the on-duty panel, such as building security rooms. |
| Keypad Mode | Tap the "Call" button → Manually enter the room number of the target panel → Initiate an individual call. | Large-scale scenarios such as commercial complexes and residential communities, where flexible calling of different rooms is needed. |
2. Multi-Panel Group Calling Setup (Based on Room Mode)
Group calling realizes one-click simultaneous contact with multiple panels, which is suitable for scenarios such as emergency notification and unified communication. The setup is divided into 5 steps:
Step 1: Preparation Work
Power on all central control panels that need to be added to the group, confirm that each panel is in a normal working state, and record the IP address of each panel accurately.
Step 2: Log in to Room Management
Return to the access control terminal home screen → Tap Menu → Select Room Management → Enter the default password 516516 to log in to the configuration interface.
Step 3: Create a New Group Entry
Tap the [+] icon in the upper right corner of the Room Management page to enter the new entry creation interface.
Step 4: Fill in Group Configuration Information
- In the IP Address field, enter the IP addresses of all central control panels to be added in sequence.
- Complete the basic group information:
- Group Number: Set it to 999 uniformly (system recommended value).
- Room Number: Fill in any number as needed.
- Location: Enter a custom group name (e.g., "Building 1 Group", "Office Floor Group") for easy identification.
-
Step 5: Save and Complete the Setup
Verify that the IP addresses and group information are correct → Tap Save → Exit the configuration interface and return to the access control terminal home screen.
How to Use Group Calling
On the access control terminal home screen, directly tap the newly added group name to call all panels in the group simultaneously.
3. Notes
- Ensure that the access control terminal and all central control panels are in the same local area network during configuration, otherwise the call function cannot be realized normally.
- It is recommended to modify the default password 516516 after the first configuration to improve system security.
- When adding a large number of panels to the group, please check the IP address one by one to avoid input errors.
